Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StreamHush (the "Service"), a software application that helps live streamers automatically detect and mute copyrighted music in their broadcasts. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

StreamHush provides desktop software that listens to your audio, identifies copyrighted music using a third-party audio-recognition service, and mutes or lowers the volume of the relevant audio source in your broadcasting software (such as OBS). The Service is a tool to help reduce the risk of copyright issues; it does not guarantee that every track will be detected or that you will never receive a copyright claim or strike.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions, billing & trials

The Service is offered on a subscription basis, and may include a free trial. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, who handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. License

Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service for your own streaming activities. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or third-party rights;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect or mute all copyrighted content. You remain solely responsible for the content of your streams and any consequences arising from them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamHush and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
