Free trial

StreamHush may offer a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal. Just email us and we will process it — no complicated hoops.

How to request a refund

Email support@streamhush.com from the address on your account with your request. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Beyond the 14-day window, charges for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
